Frankie Elaine Pylant
Funeral Services for Mrs. Frankie Elaine Pylant of Eros, LA, will be 2:00pm Sunday, December 4, 2016 at Frantom Chapel in Eros, LA with Rev. John Austin officiating. Interment will follow at Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery in Weston, LA under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe, LA. Visitation will be from 5:00pm until 8:00pm Saturday, December 3, 2016 at the church.
Mrs. Pylant was born September 20, 1950 in Winnfield, LA and passed from this life on December 1, 2016 in West Monroe, LA at the age of 66.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James Ronnie Pylant; her father, Jesse Oliver Canterbury; and one daughter, Tina Elaine Pylant.
Survivors include five children, Jennifer Murphy (Nicky) of Eros, James Pylant, II., of Marion, Mary Carolyn Spillers (Joe) of Eros, Kelly Pylant of Eros, and Jesse Pylant of Eros; her mother, Ruth Moore; five grandchildren, Nicholas Murphy, Tracey Brady, Stacey Hightower, Destiny Pylant, Kourtlynn Spillers, and Ethan Spillers; five great-grandchildren, Braxton Brady, Branson Brady, Parker Hightower, Jaden Murphy, and Paisley Hightower; one sister, Vicky Knox; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends.
Pallbearers will be Joe Spillers, Nick Murphy, Chris Pylant, Landon Bailey, Colby McManus and David Gazaway.
