William Henry “Dub” Valentine
A Celebration of Life with graveside services for Mr. William Henry “Dub” Valentine of West Monroe, LA will be 10:00am Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Calhoun, LA with Rev. Danny Hawthorne officiating. Interment will directly follow at the cemetery under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe. Visitation will be from 5:00pm until 7:00pm Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe.
Mr. Valentine was born September 18, 1933 and passed from this life on April 15, 2017 at the age of 83.
He is survived by his loving wife Janie and his children: Butch Valentine, Sharon Valentine, Ben Valentine(Kathryn),Douglas Valentine(Traci), Sandra Manley(Mike). Grandchildren: Chris Wyatt(Miko), Jason Wyatt, Crystal Wyatt, Tammy Ryals(Eric), Chad Valentine(Natasha), Jamie Valentine, Amanda Stephens(Brian), Dustin Valentine (Heather), Nick Wade(Cassie), and Jake Manley; Also blessed with 23 beautiful great-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
We thank each and every one for all the love and prayers sent during this time. To know him was to love him. He always had an adorable smile and a twinkle in those blue eyes. We are all so blessed to have had him in our lives!
