Funeral services for John Everette Lester of Choudrant, LA will be 10:00am Tuesday, July 25, 2017 in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe. Cremation will follow with all solemnities under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe. Visitation will be from 5-7 Monday evening at the funeral home.

Mr. Lester was born May 11, 1961 in Jonesboro, LA and passed from this life on July 23, 2017 in Ruston, LA at the age of 56.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife Tina Kay Lester; three sons John E. Lester, Jr and Charlie Lester both of Haughton, LA and Casey Poole of Choudrant, LA; one daughter, Megan Poole, and her husband Joey of Choudrant, LA; one sister Cindy Lester of Vernon, LA; three brothers Troyce Lester, James Lester, and Robert Lester all of Jonesboro, LA.
