My deepest sympathy goes out to all of you. You have all been in my thoughts since learning of Dean's passing.

Anyone who was fortunate enough to know Dean, would probably agree that while in his presence, there was never a dull moment. I am very thankful for the 30 plus years of friendship we had.

Dean Prohaska, from south of Nebraska (Phillipsburgh Ks). You will be missed, Love ya my brother, Steve Rentzell.

Condolence: I always looked forward to our work meetings so I could hang out with Dean. He always seemed to have a smile on his face and a sugar free energy drink in his hand. We kept in touch via text and he was always rooting for my Mountaineers even though he had no ties to WV, but that's the type of guy he was - he wanted you to succeed and be happy. He will truly be missed. RIP, brother.

Condolence: Extremely sorry to learn of Dean's death. I was his Pharma Sales mentor when he first came into the industry. He was a great subject to work with. I always enjoyed visiting at sales meetings and just rapping on the phone. He was a young man with a big heart and a tremendous personality. Rest well, My Brother.

Condolence: Dean was my daughter Annie's hero. He gave her 10 more years to a wonderful, but short life by donating one of his kidney's to her when she was 15. I could never thank him enough for that.
His thundering voice, infectious laugh and giant smile was a gift he shared with everyone he knew or met.
The critiquing of what Nebraska football was doing or not doing was never ending but always entertaining. It's hard to figure getting through the season without it.
Thanks again Cuz . . . until we meet again.

Condolence: To Tara, Simone, Lou, Betty, and family,
We are so sorry for your loss. Dean and I shared many things together, such as being college roommates, joining and serving in the military together, standing up in each other's weddings, and enjoying Husker football games. I know he loved you all tremendously. He will be missed!
