Obituary for Karen Elizabeth Keiffer
Karen “Sissy” Elizabeth Keiffer
Funeral Services for Karen “Sissy” Elizabeth Keiffer will be held on Friday, December 8, 2017 at 2:00pm at Sardis Baptist Church with Bro. Jerry Whitman officiating. Interment will follow at Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home of West Monroe.
Sissy was born March 24, 1961 in Monroe, LA and passed from this life on December 2, 2017 in Mizpah, MN at the age of 56. She was a Sunday School teacher, sang in the choir. She was a Saints and LSU fan. Sissy loved to cook for her family. She loved the outdoors, especially fishing. Sissy loved traveling the country with her beloved husband Randy Keiffer. She loved playing games on her iPad. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Grace Frost, and her brother Boyd Shipley.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband Randy Keiffer of Farmerville, LA; one daughter Jennifer Spillers and husband Randy of Downsville, LA; one son Chris Keiffer and his wife Kelsey of West Monroe, LA; four granddaughters Elizabeth Spillers, Holly Spillers, Ainsley Keiffer, April Spillers; one sister Carol Martindale and husband Richard of Farmerville, LA; one brother Bill Frost and wife Ronda of Downsville, LA; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be Thursday, December 7, 2017 from 5-8 at Sardis Baptist Church in Farmerville, LA.
