Condolences

Condolence From: Velma (Sherrod )Leyva
Condolence: My deepest sympathy for your loss.
Bill Carter or Grandpa Bill, as my sons called him, was a dear, sweet man. He was married to their Grandma Gail for many years. Scott and Julian both looked forward to going to Ponca City for vacations in the summers and always enjoyed their time listening to his wonderful stories. He could tell such wonderful stories of his adventures in the military, driving to California on his motorcycle and his wonderful horses. He would always take them to buy donuts and bake them the best pies. We all loved him very much! Today is a sad day for us, wishing we had been able to talk to him one more time. Susie and Mike -you were blessed to have had such a wonderful father. May you find peace in knowing that he touched so many lives.

Condolence: Sorry to hear this sad news about Bill, super nice man. Ruth Beaubien and I ate lots of morning breakfast at the Landmark before school. Bill would always do the coconut pies first for me. Bill had his horses across the street from us on Willow. I always thought he looked like Will Rogers.

Again prayers to Bill's Family
